The meeting was conducted during the 2nd ASEAN Medical Education Conference at the meeting room on the 2nd Floor, Siriraj Alumni Building, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University.

The main conclusion was:

  • To have two-year plan of the list of activities in each country society and then Medical Education Alliance meeting can be set up in conjunction with National meeting once a year.
  • To set up webinar at least twice a year to reduce travelling cost.
  • To explore the possibility to work together or merge together with ASEAN Medical Schools Network in the future. There is a need to raise the issue to discuss with the President of ASEAN Medical Schools Network, Professor Ari Fahrial Syam. – Professor Suttipong Wacharasindhu to continue as the President for another year
